One of the greatest hurdles in moving from rough circumstances is not finding yourself thrown into immediately comparable or worse ones. By preparing people with safe housing to land in we jump start the process of building a stable foundation for their new lives.

We are always in need of people willing to host those we help. If you have a spare room or any other kind of accommodations that you want to offer it makes a huge difference to the lives we touch. Every bit truly helps.

By filling out this form you will not have anyone suddenly showing up at your door. We vet those we work with on a personal basis before any involvement with those we are providing assistance to. I understand that Cascades Community Placement Services (CCPS) will make a good faith effort to review my application and follow up as they deem necessary. By submitting this application I agree to the review of my submitted data by CCPS personnel and to being contacted by CCPS at their discretion.

I understand that Cascades Community Placement Services (CCPS) is under no obligation to act on my submission in any capacity. I acknowledge that my submission is made voluntarily and that CCPS has sole discretion as to whether or not my data is used in their operations. I acknowledge that no contract has been established between myself and CCPS, further recognizing that there are no binding agreements between CCPS and myself beyond these agreements I am making in this section of my own free will.

I understand and agree to the terms outlined by Cascades Community Placement Services (CCPS) regarding my data as stated in their Privacy Policy. I acknowledge that CCPS makes no guarantee as to the security and privacy of my data beyond their attempts to protect it. I understand that CCPS accepts absolutely no liability for the consequences of my data being inappropriately accessed from their systems regardless of the means of access or intent behind such access. I understand that I may request my data be amended, redacted, or purged from CCPS by contacting them. I understand that this is a request and not a binding agreement of any kind, and that CCPS will attempt to verify my authorization to modify the data it stores about me before taking any action.
