CCPS is a harm reduction project for a housing crisis that shouldn’t exist. Everyone deserves stable housing, and every person in crisis deserves aid and support. We aim to meet people where they are, center what they need, and flexibly try to meet that need. CCPS is nimble, scrappy, and human-centered. Every case is different, and our team has the personal experience of poverty, trauma, and mental illness to inform our casework.

Are you struggling under circumstances involving abuse, persecution, or categorical hardship? We’ll do everything we can to help your living situation stabilize.
